Finnish for “Strawberry Hills”, the 1969 Mansikkavuoret pattern was designed by Maija Isola in 1969. Two years prior, the songs “Strawberry Fields” and “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds” were released and inspired this delicious design. The strongly saturated colors and pop art imagery feels as fresh as it did during the peak of its popularity in the late ’60s. Pass around small bites or craft cocktails on this large round tray, or use it as a coffee-table catchall. Made from laminated paper on plywood, it is both lightweight and sturdy. Wipe clean with a damp cloth or clean in the dishwasher as needed to keep these bright berries looking fresh.
