Inspired by the bright colors and prints of India and Tibet, Marimekko designer Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi created the Indus print in 1953. Named after the great river, this print features bold colors and stripes. The exotic print is now available to you on this cool and calming Marimekko Short Green/Teal Indus Tablecloth. Machine washable and made from 100% cotton this tablecloth will add a pop of color to any meal. Similar to her Hennika pattern, the Indus stripes use big repeating blocks of bright color to set itself apart from many of Marimekko’s other striped prints.
